InvoFeed is run by [Company legal name] ("we"). This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Sign-up details: store name, town, your name, phone, e-mail, number of stores and which POS you use.
  • Invoices: the photos and PDFs you upload and what we read from them (vendors, items, quantities, costs).
  • Your item and vendor lists from your POS, so we can match invoice lines.
  • Your fixes on the review screen, so the app learns your vendors.
  • Basic logs (time, IP address, errors) to keep the service secure and working.
  • Support tickets you send us, and a screen recording only if you switch on "Test mode" yourself.

What we use it for

Only to run InvoFeed for you: read your invoices, send them to your POS when you tap Send, improve how the app reads your vendors, answer support, and bill you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else touches it

  • A computer reading service turns your invoice photos into text. It processes them for us and is not allowed to use them for anything else.
  • Your POS company receives the invoices you choose to send.
  • Our hosting provider stores the data.
  • When card sign-up opens, a payment company will process your card. We never see or store your full card number.

Kept apart

Each store signs in with its own PIN. One store's invoices, items and learned fixes are never shown to another store.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No ad or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. After you cancel, we delete your invoices and store data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep billing records longer.

Your choices

E-mail snap2invoice@proton.me to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
