Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These terms are the deal between you (the store) and InvoFeed, run by [Company legal name] ("we"). By starting a trial or using InvoFeed you agree to them. We kept them short and plain.

1. What InvoFeed does

InvoFeed reads photos and PDFs of your vendor invoices, matches the lines to your items, flags price changes and new items, and, when you tap Send, sends the invoice to your point-of-sale (POS) system as a bill.

2. Free trial and price

  • Your first 14 days are free.
  • After that: $79 per month for your first store and $49 per month for each extra store, unless we agreed a different price with you in writing.
  • We charge the card you keep on file once a month, in advance. Prices do not include sales tax where it applies.
  • We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.

3. Your POS account and its fees

To send invoices to your POS, your store uses its own connection key from your POS company, on your own account with them. Any fee your POS company charges for that is between you and them, and you pay it directly. We are not responsible for your POS company's fees, outages or changes.

4. Cancelling

There is no contract. Cancel any time by e-mailing snap2invoice@proton.me. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't give refunds for part of a month.

5. You check before you send

Reading invoices by computer is very good but not perfect. You are responsible for checking each invoice before you send it to your POS, and for the prices and costs in your POS. Lines we are unsure about are marked, but an unmarked line can still be wrong.

6. Your data

Your invoices and item lists stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fair use

Don't share your PIN outside your store, try to break into the service, or use it for anything illegal. We may pause an account that does, after telling you why when we can.

8. Changes and availability

We improve InvoFeed every week and may change features. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never be down.

9. Limits of our responsibility

InvoFeed is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State].
